We are very pleased with Euroarms of America's Reproduction Rifles
because they warranty their product and have maintained their quality for over 25 years.
Should you ever need replacement parts, they are available and install with little - if any, hand fitting.
ENFIELD MUSKETS were originally manufactured in England, and shipped to both the North & South in large quantities.
The advantages of Euroarms Enfields are: .006 deep rifling from breech to muzzle, and fully adjustable sights for distance and windage. These have very straight stocks, intended for the person to squarely face their target.
COMPETITION SHOOTERS enjoy the 3 Band, 2 Band, and carbine lengths.
REENACTORS prefer the 3 Band (particularly when firing in rank).
HUNTERS prefer the 2 band and musketoon (carbine) when hunting in brush.
SPRINGFIELD RIFLES were made in America. Most Springfields started out in the hands of the North. (The Confederates managed to get their hands on quite a few) The RICHMOND RIFLE was the Southern version of the Springfield. This features leaf sights for distance, but no windage adjustment. Most Americans address their targets profile (like archers), and they find that the American style drop in the stock is more comfortable, and less likely to interfere with getting a good sight picture.
COMPETITION SHOOTERS enjoy the stock shape, and can drill the leaf for peep sights.
REENACTORS prefer the bright barrel and "American made" history of the weapon.
HUNTERS like the comfortable stock, ease of distance adjustment and accuracy.

So you have bought a high quality old double, or you've looked fondly
at that great Damascus shotgun in the rack that granddad used to shoot...
and you can't, because it has a short chamber.
We have got the solution!
Broken forearms * Stocks broken at the lock * Butt stock chips & cracks
Guns with stocks sawed off at the wrist (for transport via the Pony Express) *
Rotted & Charred stocks
And a lot of "make-do-repairs" that were done by far less talented people.
89But more important, if you miss, you know that you did it, not the rifle.
+2 points for glass bedding
+2 points for stock work
+2 points for lock work
95 points puts you in the running.
